How is sign-in handled?
Sign-in uses Riot's official login (RSO). Login tokens are stored only on your device, not on the developer's servers. All communication uses HTTPS encryption. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Does the app provide free skins or VP?
No. The app lets you view your own shop. It does not provide free skins, VALORANT Points or items.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Check that notifications are allowed in your device settings and enabled in the app's profile screen. Shop refresh, wishlist and Night Market notifications need their respective settings to be enabled.
My shop is missing, or I keep getting signed out.
This may be caused by a temporary network issue or an expired Riot session. Try signing in again in the app. If the issue continues, contact us at the email address above.
How can I delete my data?
Signing out in the app deletes locally stored login tokens and session information. To request deletion of analytics or diagnostic data, contact us at the email address above.
